Few people attended the RC on last Tue 23 Dec. Ruby was the host.
Alfred started the ball rolls by sharing on his ACTION on the previous week. He attended a function with the intention to get some new contacts and prospects. Come to his surprise, the event was filled with network marketing people, whereby 5 people rushed onto him and tried to prospect and get his number once he arrived there. He said the place was like a "fish market", nevertheless, he managed to get 4 contacts and 1 will come for Oliver's BOM.
The sharing went on and on and got hotter with other network marketing companies come into the picture. We are obviously not the only company selling weight management product. But this won't last long as we are about to release the ultimate weapon of Total Wellness Program ;)
Kc shared on one company which conducts blood test and recommends the customer on what food to take and the range of intake based on the blood test result.
I shares on another company, LFI, who uses acupuncture method in their weight management program. However, they do not have proper nutrition knowledge that causes my colleague, who took the program, become afraid consuming rice. This is pitiful.
Talking on other companies program, Jacklyn spiced it up more with her customers' experience. Her godfather, if I'm not mistaken, is undergoing TRA while her godmother, if I'm not mistaken as well, is undergoing HerbalLife. She is witnessing live comparison between the 2 products and guess what... Her godfather is getting younger, muscle increases and fat drops. On the other hand, her godmother's bone muscle is decreasing, and not much result.
Congratulations to Xavier who just closed another TRA set.
Xavier was initially afraid of competing with other products/ brand but he now says that fear is not necessary, "The Product will speak itself."
Alfred took the "Singapore vs Vietnam" match as an illustration. Although Singapore dominated the whole game, Vietnam won the game with just one counterattack. Those competitors might be forcing and challenging us but it does not mean they're going to win. We'll strike back!
I recalled and shared on Starbucks story when they just started the business. Upon entering a new market, they need to compete with the local coffeeshops. While some of the board directors are afraid, the CEO convinces them that they should be grateful instead. The existence of local coffeeshops has shaped up the market and the appreciation of coffee in the community. The market is already created for Starbucks. Whether or not people will buy to the new way of Starbucks coffee depends on how well of the products itself.
As Xavier said "The product will speak itself".Thats all on TRA versus other brands.
Then KengHua continued, he expressed his feeling about his downline who did not turn up for LC. He is sad and yet happy. Not to say happy, but he is glad that this case is closed and he can move on! Just as he set his mind to move on, a new prospect just pop up out of the blue. His son's teacher would like to meet up and get to know the business.
In one occassion, HockSeng managed to talk with the staff on "Distributor success is our success". He is suggesting that it might sounds better "Success together". Rain Ho (not sure how to spell the name) then replied him that if we want to succeed together, must make a difference everyday. HockSeng continued that it all come down to the "Purpose". If the staffs know their purpose and we know our purpose, then we could become succeesful together.
He especially emphasized our purpose as distributor (rather than the staff). He said some distributors, for example, being selfish and only concern that their face are most important. This should not be the way, the customers face is what most important. If the distributors are selfish, the staff will have difficulties.He then continued sharing a story of an army... bla bla bla... He spoke very long here and I did not manage to take note all :P
In summary, there was this one soldier drove the tank. He lost and seperated from the team. The team was supposed to get into the key terrain to win the battle training. Although the defender army was of superior to them and know the terrain really well, he was not afraid and he carried on... drove the tank fast. He thought he was left behind by the team. While driving so fast, he suddenly realized the surrounding. Yes, he reached the key terrain already and the team won the battle due to him. The defender army did not expect that somebody would take that open dangerous route to reach the key terrain. It is simply because he knows his "purpose", which is to reach the key terrain. Similarly we can do so many things in so many ways to succeed in the business, but if at the end of the day we forget our purpose and the customer is not happy, then we lost the battle.
Sorry if some of the above are not so accurate to the actual sharing =P
