Greeting!

Firstly, Knight Alfred 'dressed' like Razimah during POW WOW. You must see the photo from Suhaimi! Wahahaha!

Knight Alfred's boy is having fever hence he does not stay for the Knight round table meeting. Wish his boy get well soon!

So tonight, we started with our ruby knight without any BD around. New experience - we are having new experience in this biz everyday, arent we?

There are 4 of us. So we end up playing mahjong!! Kidding!
Because we have a small group, we end up sharing alot of personal stuff and the energy is even higher than last week.

We are fantastic!

Tonight the topic is intention:-
Xavier - He shares his intention when he joined the ruby challenge. The intention drives him to attend every single ruby challenge meeting except for once he was in high fever.
And he makes it to RUBY on time! Isnt it POWER??

Ari - feels that it is time that he starts to learn to present, intention not to always rely on upline. And guess what? He did a presentation to 3 friends during his vacation to KL!! WOW WOW!
and Ari also reaffirms his Ruby pin title by Jun2009!

Ruby - her intention is to become the best listener of the night. So she just listens to 3 big boys talking and talking! haha!

ee chieng - shares about his intention to brand ourselves as Ruby knight. And guess what? other made leaders have been talking about US! The next is to make ourselves known in regional MADE and Nuskin!
And his vision is the same group of people in Ruby knight will support each other to higher pin title down the road - Diamond knight, BD knight, TE knight...

and 4 of us feel that besides positive sharing during ruby knight meeting which we also did that during POW WOW, there is a need to go for more intensive actions. Xavier shares his understanding from his taiwan partner how they run the Ruby challenge. And we all feel that ours are really a relaxed and comfortable mode. And it is a very BIG challenge to follow what the taiwan people are doing.

Hence we decide on next Tues 23Dec topic - Action! Captain is Ruby!
What type of intensive actions shall we take to next level?
(Xavier has agreed to share his Ruby journey since he joined ruby challenge. What were the specific actions from Aug to Nov that he did to become a Ruby!)

May we have Jac and Alfred to share about their experience too?

For those who were not here last night, I m very excited to share with you that we kept on sharing until BD KC told us that there is a time restriction to close the Nuskin showcase. We got to leave!

Jocelyn - She wants our full support to remind her to exercise regularly (this requires our immediate action and support, so i highlight in RED)
KengHua - a very eventful long weekend that transformed him to declare his BD title by June 2009
Xavier and Ruby - How losing of passport, cancellation of 'honeymoon' can turn to potential GSV??!!
Alfred - How to transform a phantom line to a serious business building line??!!
Cindy - She will bring our wishes and energy and send a strong message to the morning group when she joins them.
Ee Chieng - A strong believer of getting a new habit in 90 days program. New habit is required to acheive greater success

Forming of Ruby Knights!

I was inspired after the ruby challenge part timer meeting on 2Dec night and reading of Jac and Alfred's message below:-

It was a real inspired night for all, we shall keep our group energies every week hence that will be our focus besides result, to create energy and be energised by all.
Tonight we have a new member transfered from the full time morning group, Jenny, who was 'interviewed' by the group and accepted, has her intention and objective clear, ie to achieve Ruby by April, that makes our April two JJ (Jenny & Joyceline) Ruby babies. Next in line after Keng Hwa & Fong Ing for Dec Ruby, Jan we shall have Ee Chieng to be delivered after her wife Rachel, (that's interesting, father and child 'delivered' in the same month).
Since I spelled out some of my opinions for some minimal 'house' rules, no one has objected to it, we shall 'start our happy family' with all understanding our intention to be in the group and feel the ownership of the group and take charge.

Thank you guys. All your contribution tonite is very energizing. This is the first time i felt fresh after our ruby meeting. Let keep the energy flowing.

Hence in stead of calling us Ruby challenger part timer, I am thinking of branding ourselves. My message to fellow challengers:-

Last night we spoke alot about intention, ownership of this RC family.
This morning, I thought of the main reason that I joined Nuskin. It is because of MADE.
And I always position myself as a MADE representative whenever I am meeting people. I am Proud to be in MADE.

Hence I am thinking why not we give our Ruby challeger part time group a prestigious name which all of us will be very proud of, which everyone in Nuskin will be talking about! I believe by branding ourselves will help us in the ownership of this family.

I am thinking this is a quest to conquer a land called Ruby land. We are coming together like a fellowship. When all of us conquer the land, we will be awarded with a prestigious name called Ruby. Just like in ancient time, people who contribute alot to the country was awarded with kinghthood. ( i like fantasy stories like lord of the ring and RPG games. Although i stop playing now from the order of 'the queen'. haha!)

Hence I am thinking to name ourselves 'THE MADE Ruby Knights'. Short form - Ruby Knights! Good or good? Please either second this name or give better suggestion. We got to decide quickly as there are more important quests ahead. Do not spend days think about the name! (in lord of the ring, they spend less than 1 min to decide the name.)

M I ready?

A lot of events happened lately.
I spoke to a friend who resides in Australia on biz.
He is interested and asked what type of support he can get in Australia if he wants to do the biz.
Note: He use 'IF' in his statement.

The OLD me will react like this:-
i will tell one or two partners that i know better. and hope they will find out for me. and keep wondering whether he ll sign up after i find out all the info. If he does not sign up how?

But what I do now is:-
i told MADE Spore that I m building Australia line. I have fear. I donot know whether he is the right one. But I dont care, i tell the world i m ready to start australia line. (power of declaration)

I explore what the australia market is crazy at. The way of running biz etc etc. I found many thing i do not understand. so i asked uplines, sidelines, Nuskin australia...

I am all set ready to help him to start the biz. It is his turn to tell me whether he is ready.

At MMI, i signed up QL. I had fear. I wanted but I knew it would be a financial burden to us. disapproval from LX. While we walked out the hall, She cleared my fear.
And I attract a GM to be my partner for the course and a chief scientific offier fr KL to speak to me. Great or great? the GM interest to listen to what i do in Passive Income biz. i tell KH, FI, Liang, KC, Wiling imme. I dont care whether the GM will join me. I just tell the universe i m ready to accept a GM to be my partner.

I know my own story may not move the GM. But we have people at his age and holding similar position like him before. So I m not afraid!

he cannot meet me on this week. He said sometime next week.
and I find out that next week BOM is by TE and 1USDMCM Jenny Lin. OMG you really hear what I want to do!
I m going to get him to the BOM!

I realise that with declaration, i move in to next action and next and next.

my intepretation is
everyone heart is connected to the universe. Brain is not. Tell the universe what you want (T), your heart will follow (F). And we just got to tell our god damned brain to listen to our heart and act(A).

Alot of time, people thinks alot but they complain they cannot feel (courage is a feeling) it. Why? The missing link is do u dare to tell the universe about your thought? Or u simply stop the process after thinking?

M I ready to pursue my dreams (T)? Yes I am. N I know the little voice will always appear now and then. But I m ready to hear their comment and thank them for sharing!

n I m confident that even I cannot do it myself, MADE is there! LX is with me!

R U ready?

where is my courage?

Recently chatting with a friend, she told me that
YES i have a lot of dreams. But I do not have the courage to pursue them.

I do not know where i get the courage from, to tell her the following statement:-
"courage is always with us. we have two choices - keep it or release it

It is not because we do not have or lack of it. It is because we KEEP IT!

Why some people who is scared of height can play parachute?
Why can we finally tell someone we love him/her after secretly admire him/her for long time?

Courage never leave us. We just need to release it. Find out the reason why we must do it, courage will appear as it is always with us."

After i finish the statement, i realise that it is not where to find the courage, it is the Y that can release the courage in me. While correcting her, i correct my preception about courage too!

She agreed with my statement but still do not have the courage to pursue her dream... scratch head! haha (i told myself: eechieng eechieng, plant seed plant seed)

I think my sharing that night was not organised. Moreover it was done in 2 langauges. HAHA! Apologise for that.
Hence i decided to write it down to all. And at the same time, keep it in my blog as a reminder along the journey to success.

You may not have time to read all. If that is the case, read those in blue.

I find the exercise is very meaningful. When KC gave me the sheets and Erica was the 1st pax that came into my mind. I asked myself: I know her for 1yr plus already but did i know her answer for the 3 questions? I know she is inspirational, I like her sinature laughter, I know she is BD now. But do I know her personally? Regret to say, the answer is no. She is so familar but yet can be a stranger to me.

I relate this exercise of what i have been gone through recently. And I asked myself i have more than 1 yr time to know about her. why m i waiting for the exercise to get to know Erica more?
and how about my friends for years, people i just get a contact. What is my intention when i m prospecting them?

That leads to 2nd part of my sharing. Something i just realised and placed as my MSN statement to remind myelf:-

Planting, fertilizing, irrigation, care and harvest. All life experiences can not be separated from this step. Should one spoils things by excessive enthusiasm, or work step by step? Have you chosen?

In this biz, we learn from uplines, sidelines to
plant seed (prospecting/sharing),
fertilize and irrigate (presenting fantastic product/biz opportunity/closing n follow up),
care (follow up)

Above 3 actions are controlled by ourselves. Only harvest is something that will come when the seed is ready, willing to grow, one thing that not 100% controlled by ourselves.

I also realise plant seed, fertilize n irrigate are skills that can be learnt. Skills that shared by uplines and sidelines.
Care is the key element in all process. But it is always one that is neglected, or sometimes there is care but it is fake. And it is not a skill that can be taught by uplines/sidelines.

If you are the farmer, who works so hard to plant seeds and put in 101% effort to fertilize and irrigate them. You start to see some seedlings after months of effort. You are so happy!
One day, a flood come, wipe out the entire farmland. All your seedlings die. How will you feel? Upset about your losses? Cursing the flood? Besides these, do you have any feeling of the seedlings?

I watched a documentary before. After a disaster, alot of farmers were interviewed. They were very upset about the losses, worrying about their livelihood, cursing the disaster. a young kid sitting besides a dying cow. He is tearing, caressing it, speechless... That scene lasts for less than 10 seconds. The reporter said the kid was sad to loss his pet (or something like that)...

I realise that I am just like the farmers. I am only concern about the Harvest whenever I do planting, fertilizing, irrigating and caring. When I lose them or do not feel that they are a good seed, I choose to abandon them and go on plant other seeds.
And I suddenly realise that all the seeds do not turn to a plant.

SO i asked myself - what goes wrong? my presentation is no good, the product is no good? or the prospect is no good? I have been so good to them, what else they want?

after weeks of searching, i realise that i pay too much attention to Harvest. My care to people is not sincere as it is there with a motive. As a result my planting, fertilizing process slowed down because I do not put my heart to the seedling.

So let prospect feels your sincerity. Let them feels your heart and let them allow you to touch them. Do not fake, people can feel it too.
